Refund policy

Our goal is to exceed your expectations. You simply must be thrilled! Every Beeghly and Company Jewelers purchase is guaranteed! If you or your loved one is not completely delighted with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a full refund within thirty days provided the item has not been worn.

We do require the sales receipt be presented with the returned item. It must be in its original, new condition and must be in the original box including all warranty cards and certificates. We do not accept returns on visibly worn items.  We do not accept returns on items that have been sized, engraved or otherwise altered, either by us, or by a third party.  Please understand special orders and custom jewelry pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.

Items may be returned in store or mailed to:  Beeghly and Company Jewelers, 401 South Main Street, Greensburg, PA  15601.  You, the customer are responsible for return shipping.  Beeghly and Company is not responsible for lost packages; therefore, you should insure all shipments.  Returns may take up to two weeks to process, and approximately one month to appear on your credit card statement.  Please indicate if you would like to receive store credit, and we would be happy to issue full credit to your account, which does not expire.  

Every piece of jewelry we offer whether it is made in our very own shop or if we have procured it from one of our manufacturers is carefully evaluated before it is presented for sale. We go to great lengths to make sure our jewelry is top notch! However, if there is any question about a piece of jewelry that you purchase from Beeghly and Company, we will do whatever it takes to make sure you are pleased.
