Office Mananger

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to join our retail jewelry store team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of financial tasks as well as general office management duties such as inventory control and customer service. Familiarity with accounting 

  • Managing Cash Receipts
  • Managing Accounts Receivable
  • Processing Accounts Payable
  • Process payroll
  • Process Benefits enrollments for employees
  • Maintain/Replenish Petty Cash Fund
  • Maintain organized office and filing systems, clean office area as needed
  • Answer phone and interact with customers and staff as necessary
  • Manage and order office/store supplies
  • Receive & process inventory, maintain accurate accounting of inventory status
  • Maintain inventory details/images for integration with website
  • Help put jewelry into display cases each morning

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in bookkeeping or financial management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and willingness to take initiative.
  • Familiarity with retail operations and customer service principles.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and provide professional references

Job Types:  Full-time

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
